Common questions

What if a course is fully booked?

What's the difference between in-person, online, and one-on-one?

In-person runs at our Beirut workshop on real printers. Online is remote/live. One-on-one is a private session scheduled directly with an instructor — pick whichever fits your schedule.

Do I pay to register?

No — registering reserves your seat. We confirm payment and details with you directly after you register.

What happens after I register?

You'll get a registration number immediately, and we'll follow up to confirm your seat. You can track its status anytime using that number.

Can I cancel my registration?

Yes — contact us with your registration number and we'll cancel it, which frees the seat for someone else.

Can I book a one-on-one session outside the listed courses?

Reach out by email or WhatsApp and we'll arrange a time that works for you.
